I Focus On Howe Sound, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, And Downtown Vancouver
I grew up in West Vancouver and have an immense knowledge of the real estate landscape from my many years in the community. In my youth, I grew up sailing at West Vancouver Yacht Club and was frequently out in Howe Sound on my grandfather’s powerboat. As an adult, I’ve incorporated my passion for boating and Howe Sound into my career. I continue to have close ties to West Vancouver and Howe Sound through my family located near Whytecliff Park, frequent boat trips out of Horseshoe Bay, and my off-grid recreational property located on Gambier Island.
In particular, my real estate knowledge is most extensive for real estate around Gambier Island, Keats Island, Whytecliff Park, Gleneagles, Eagle Harbour, Horseshoe Bay, British Properties, Lions Bay, Downtown Vancouver (where I lived from 2013-2023), and Lower Lonsdale (where I currently live). I also regularly visit and am extremely familiar with the Southern Gulf Islands, the Discovery Islands, Desolation Sound, and Jervis Inlet – all areas I’d love to sell more in.
I have offices in both Dundarave Village and in Yaletown, though most frequently you’ll find me at some rural property or on the water, somewhere in Howe Sound from April to October.
If you’re looking for an agent outside of my primary areas, I’m still quite happy to assist you. It’s simply that these areas form the base of where my knowledge is most extensive.

Education & Sales Background
I graduated from Simon Fraser University in Business Administration in 2011. My B.B.A speciality was Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. During my studies, I focused on creative approaches to marketing and sales, with an emphasis on professionalism and genuine connection. I graduated at the top of my Entrepreneurship classes, which gave me a strong foundation in building and promoting new ventures.
My early sales experience comes from my three years selling for Mazda (at OpenRoad Mazda in Port Moody, then Morrey Mazda in North Vancouver). My automotive experience provided me with excellent negotiation abilities and people skills; and furthered my interest in helping friendly, everyday people complete their largest transactions.
From 2011 to 2016, I also worked independently as a writing consultant. My company offered business plan writing and strategy to small businesses. I was able to learn a great deal about how to properly market and run a business from the clients I had, and the plans I wrote.
